Townewest CIA Pool is OPEN and there is something DIFFERENT!!!         We are officially a SAYOR (SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK) POOL


POOL RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. NO TOLERANCE. NO EXCEPTIONS

  • 5 family members and 2 guests per residence
  • $25 processing fee for key card 
  • Plus $10 admin fee
  • Pool Hours: 10 am to 8 pm, CLOSED WEDNESDAY
  • Pool Registration
  • Assessment fees must be current
  • Proof of residency is required:
    • Homeowners must present Driver’s License and utility bill
    • Renters/non-homeowners must present valid ID and rental agreement 
    • Checks made out to Townewest CIA C/O Sterling ASI
    • NO CASH ACCEPTED
  • Military/Vets personnel and family are free. Valid Military credentials are required

Major safety issues are being addressed. The park will be a safer and enjoyable atmosphere. NO TRESPASSING                while the park is closed. You will be charged for trespassing.
