Townewest CIA will be holding the ANNUAL MEETING on July 14, 2026, 6 pm at the Community Center, 14023 West Bellfort. Homeowner/Property Owner will have the opportunity to vote to fill 2 board positions. A proxy/ballot and candidate information will be arriving by mail. Please fill out your proxy/ballot and return by email, fax, mail, deliver to Sterling ASI or bring to the meeting on July 14, 2026.

Pool Access Verification – Community Notice

To maintain the safety, comfort, and peace of mind of all Townewest CIA residents, Board Members and Committee Members will periodically stop by the pool to verify that individuals using the facility have their Townewest CIA pool access card.

This amenity is reserved exclusively for homeowners and residents of our community. Verifying access is not a form of harassment, nor is it meant to interrupt your time at the pool. It is simply a responsible measure to ensure that the space remains safe, properly managed, and enjoyed only by those who are entitled to use it.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to protect and preserve this valued community resource. 

 In observance of Labor Day, there will be no trash or recycling collection for FB MUD 2 on Monday, September 7, 2026.

Trash service will resume on your next regularly scheduled collection day, Thursday, September 10, 2026. Recycling service will resume on your community's regularly scheduled collection day, if applicable."

TOWNEWEST CIA RESIDENT REMINDER
Trash Carts & Debris Placement Policy
To maintain community standards, health, and appearance, please adhere to the following trash guidelines:

• Placement Timing: Set out trash carts, bags, and debris the night before collection or by 5:30 AM on the morning of pickup.
• Storage Requirement: Carts must be moved off the street and stored completely out of public view until the next scheduled collection day.
• Deed Restriction Violation: Leaving trash carts visible or on the street outside of pickup times is a direct violation of community deed restrictions.

• Why It Matters:
  Safety: Prevents obstruction to the flow of street traffic and emergency services.
• Sanitation: Helps deter rodents, pests, and foul odors near residences.
• Neighborhood Appearance: Keeps the community looking clean, orderly, and well-maintained.
