Annual Meeting
Townewest CIA will be holding the ANNUAL MEETING on July 7, 2026, 6 pm at the Community Center, 14023 West Bellfort. Homeowner/Property Owner will have the opportunity to vote to fill 2 board positions. A proxy/ballot and candidate information will be arriving by mail. Please fill out your proxy/ballot and return by email, fax, mail, deliver to Sterling ASI or bring to the meeting on July 7, 2026.

The Townewest CIA community is professionally managed by Sterling Association Services, Inc. Sterling ASI provides a point point of contact for Board members and homeowners, professional advice on the daily operations of our community, legislative updates affecting you and your home investment, as well as management and administrative services to our community. The park is open from Dawn to Dusk! The main gate entrances will remain locked. The gate next to the building will be the only open entrance.
Construction and repairs will continue, which may cause the park to be closed from time to time. We appreciate your patience and hope you enjoy the updates we have made.
