Guidelines/Rules:

• Appearance: The yard should be healthy, lush, and free of debris
• Lawn: The grass should be mowed and edged weekly, with no bare spots or excessive weeds
• Flower Beds: Flower beds should be weeded and regularly mulched
• Shrubs: Shrubs should be trimmed properly
• Curb Appeal: the curb appeal should be visually eye-catching
• Tidy: The front of the property should be tidy and neat, with pruned, trimmed, and shaped foliage, defined lawns, borders, and flower beds.

Please note: Judging will be on the 5th of every month and the sign will stay in your yard for one week then removed.
